It wasn't long after 9/11, September 11, 2001, that I began this website. I felt compelled to connect with other people around the globe. I had recently heard about "weblogs" or "blogs" and I dove right into Blogger.com.
I searched for others to connect with online and I found
Ageless. It led to meeting many great friends to discuss events of the day. From then on it snowballed.
Most importantly we offered one another support and friendship across the globe; finding that we were just a few keystrokes away.

me too!
Unfortunately, unless you are a Democrat or Republican, I can't vote today. :(
Hi Shirl--Michigan looks to go the way of the Democrat. maverick moon--this predominat 2 party system really blows. Thanks for weighing in.
I was expecting a long wait and was surprised to be just 7th in line so I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
I'm in Virginia, anxiously waiting to see if we stay red. Hope not. I also hope MM voted anyway. I see write-in votes as protest votes and do them all the time when the candidates are poor choices. The right to vote was too hard fought by women and minorities to simply let it go by without so much as an acknowledgement.
me voted too.
I hope everyone got the results you wanted. Overall, I cannot complain!
