Today is October 1st. My favorite month for many reasons. My birthday is on the 5th and my parents were born in October. Fall has made it's entrance and there's football games, and basketball around the corner, and, of course, All Hallow's Eve or Halloween.

{weird} Demonstrators took to the streets in a south-west Kenya town on Tuesday in support of a man who had his penis chopped off and thrown away by his aggrieved wives.

{film} Did anyone see Quentin Tarantino on Jay Leno Monday night? I was flipping around and caught him mid-rant and he was so wasted. Obviously wasted so much that Leno made jokes about it. There's just no shortage of puffed-up pricks in the spotlight, are there? I also saw this: “China is the Ecstasy capital of the world right now. The nightlife in China is off the hook,” the filmmaker told Playboy magazine. “The first time I went to the Great Wall of China, it was like an all-night rave. They had rock bands, fireworks. We were smoking pot and doing E. It’s a great way to see the Wall for the first time.” Wow, he sure doesn't mind to put his bidness in the street, does he?

{quote} When I realize that there are only 3 colors, 10 digits, and 7 notes; I know I am capable of great things.

Have envelope. Will push.

The Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror VIII

It wasn't long after 9/11, September 11, 2001, that I began this website. I felt compelled to connect with other people around the globe. I had recently heard about "weblogs" or "blogs" and I dove right into I searched for others to connect with online and I found Ageless. It led to meeting many great friends to discuss events of the day. From then on it snowballed. Most importantly we offered one another support and friendship across the globe; finding that we were just a few keystrokes away.
